Key Financial Reports

Report Description
Trial Balance Lists all accounts with their debit/credit balances. Verifies total debits = total credits.
General Ledger Detailed transaction listing for each account over a period.
Profit and Loss Statement Shows revenue, expenses, and net profit/loss for a period.
Balance Sheet Snapshot of assets, liabilities, and equity at a specific date.
Cash Flow Statement Shows cash inflows and outflows from operations, investing, and financing.
Accounts Receivable (AR) Outstanding customer balances with aging analysis.
Accounts Payable (AP) Outstanding supplier balances with aging analysis.
VAT Report Summary of VAT input and output for tax filing in Saudi Arabia.
Budget vs Actual Comparison of budgeted amounts against actual spending.
Bank Reconciliation Report Status of bank account reconciliations.
Gross Profit Report Profitability analysis by item, customer, or sales invoice.

How to Access Reports

  1. Go to Accounting > Reports.
  2. Alternatively, use the search bar and type the report name.
  3. Set filters for:

- Company (if multiple companies)

- From Date and To Date

- Cost Center or other dimensions

- Currency

  1. Click Refresh to generate the report.

Report Features

  • Drill Down: Click on any figure to see the underlying transactions.
  • Export: Export reports to Excel or PDF format.
  • Filter: Use filters to narrow down by branch, cost center, or period.
  • Comparison: Compare current period with previous period or budget.
  • Scheduled Emails: Auto-email reports to stakeholders.

VAT Report

The VAT Report is specifically configured for Saudi Arabia's VAT requirements:

  • Lists all sales transactions with output VAT
  • Lists all purchase transactions with input VAT
  • Calculates net VAT payable/refundable
  • Supports ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) filing requirements
