Asset Maintenance

Asset Maintenance tracks scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities for company assets. Regular maintenance extends asset life and prevents unexpected breakdowns.

Creating an Asset Maintenance Record

1. Go to Asset > Asset Maintenance and click New.
2. Select the Asset.
3. Set the Maintenance Type:

- Preventive: Scheduled routine maintenance

- Corrective: Repair after a breakdown

- Predictive: Based on condition monitoring

1. Enter the Maintenance Details:

- Description: What needs to be done

- Start Date and End Date: When maintenance is scheduled

- Assigned To: The maintenance team or external service provider

- Cost: Estimated or actual maintenance cost

1. Click Save and Submit.

Maintenance Scheduling

Set maintenance schedules on the asset:

• Maintenance Frequency: Days between maintenance cycles
• Next Maintenance Date: Auto-calculated from last maintenance
• Maintenance Reminders: Get alerts before maintenance is due

Maintenance Teams

Create maintenance teams:

1. Go to Asset > Asset Maintenance Team.
2. Define a Team Name and add team members.
3. Assign teams to maintenance tasks.

Maintenance Log

Each maintenance event is recorded, creating a maintenance history for every asset:

• What was done and when
• Cost incurred
• Parts replaced
• Downtime caused
• Warranty claims
