Letter Head
Letter Head is the header that appears at the top of printed documents like invoices, quotations, and purchase orders. It typically contains your company logo and contact information.
Creating a Letter Head
- Go to Settings > Letter Head and click New.
- Enter a Letter Head Name (for internal reference).
- Check Is Default if this should be the default letterhead for all documents.
- Upload your company logo.
- Enter your company details in the footer section.
- Click Save.
Letter Head Content
You can customize the letterhead with:
- Company Logo: Upload your company logo (recommended size: 200x50 pixels).
- Company Name: Displayed prominently at the top.
- Company Address: Full mailing address.
- Contact Details: Phone, email, website.
- VAT Registration Number: Your Saudi VAT registration number.
- Commercial Registration (CR): Your Saudi commercial registration number.
Using Letter Heads
Once created, letterheads can be assigned at multiple levels:
- Company Level: Set in the Company master as the default letterhead.
- Global Defaults: Set as the system-wide default.
- Document Level: Selected when printing individual documents.
Multiple Letter Heads
You can create multiple letterheads for different purposes:
- Formal: For invoices and official documents
- Internal: For internal reports and memos
- Branch-Specific: Different letterheads for different branches or divisions
