Tasks

Tasks are the building blocks of projects — individual activities that need to be completed. Tasks can have dependencies, due dates, priorities, and assigned team members.

Creating a Task

  1. Go to Projects > Task and click New.
  2. Enter the Subject (task title).
  3. Select the Project this task belongs to.
  4. Set task details:

- Status: Open, Working, Pending Review, Completed, Cancelled

- Priority: Low, Medium, High, Urgent

- Assigned To: Who will complete the task

- Due Date: When the task must be finished

  1. Optionally add:

- Expected Time: Estimated hours to complete

- Completion Date: Actual end date

- Dependencies: Tasks that must be completed first (depends on)

- Description: Detailed task description

- Attachments: Related files and documents

  1. Click Save.
