ZATCA Business Settings
ZATCA Business Settings is the master configuration for your company's e-invoicing integration. It contains your ZATCA credentials, certificates, and operational settings.
Access from: ZATCA > ZATCA Business Settings or search for it.
Settings Fields
Company Information

Additional Seller/Buyer IDs

Certificate Status

Invoice Settings

EGS Units (Devices)
The ZATCA EGS section manages the devices that generate invoices:
- Each physical device or computer needs its own EGS unit registration.
- EGS units are created through the onboarding wizard.
- Check EGS unit status in ZATCA > ZATCA EGS.
Invoice Counting Settings
ZATCA > ZATCA Invoice Counting Settings controls invoice numbering:

| Current Count | Current position in the sequence |
| Reset Frequency | When to reset numbering (Monthly, Yearly, Never) |
ZATCA requires unique, sequential invoice numbers. These settings ensure compliance.
Changing Settings
- Environment: Switch between Sandbox and Production. Requires re-onboarding with appropriate credentials.
- Integration Mode: Can switch between Live and Batch at any time.
- Company Information: Update if your ZATCA registration details change.
Warning: Changing critical settings (VAT number, environment) may require re-onboarding and can affect pending invoices.
