Warehouse

A Warehouse is a physical location where inventory is stored. YousrERP supports multiple warehouses with independent stock tracking for each.

Creating a Warehouse

1. Go to Stock > Warehouse and click New.
2. Enter the Warehouse Name (e.g., "Main Warehouse - Riyadh").
3. Enter a Warehouse Code (short identifier).
4. Select the Parent Warehouse to create a hierarchy.
5. Check Is Group if this is a parent location (not an actual storage).
6. Optionally set:

- Company: If warehouse belongs to a specific company

- Address and Contact: Location details

- Account: Inventory account for this warehouse

1. Click Save.

Warehouse Hierarchy

Organize warehouses in a tree structure:

All Warehouses
  ├── Main Warehouse - Riyadh
  │   ├── Zone A - Raw Materials
  │   ├── Zone B - Finished Goods
  │   └── Zone C - Returns
  ├── Branch Warehouse - Jeddah
  │   └── Showroom Stock
  └── Branch Warehouse - Dammam

Warehouse Types

Warehouse Settings

• Account: The inventory GL account for stock valuation at this warehouse.
• Address: Physical location for delivery purposes.
• Contact: Person responsible for this warehouse.

Stock Transfers

Move stock between warehouses using:

1. Stock Entry (Material Transfer type)
2. Select source and target warehouses
3. Enter items and quantities
4. Submit to transfer
