System Settings

System Settings contain global configuration options that affect how YousrERP behaves across all modules. These settings are typically configured once during implementation and rarely changed.

Access System Settings from: Settings > System Settings.

General Settings

  • Language: Set the default language for the system. YousrERP supports both English and Arabic.
  • Date Format: Choose your preferred date format (dd/mm/yyyy recommended for Saudi Arabia).
  • Number Format: Set how numbers are displayed (e.g., 1,000.00 vs 1.000,00).
  • Time Zone: Set your time zone (Asia/Riyadh for Saudi Arabia).
  • Default Currency: Set SAR (Saudi Riyal) as default.
  • First Day of the Week: Set to Sunday for Saudi work week.

Security Settings

  • Password Policy: Configure minimum password length and complexity requirements.
  • Two-Factor Authentication: Enable or disable 2FA for users.
  • Session Expiry: Set how long a user session remains active before automatic logout.
  • Login Attempt Limit: Limit the number of failed login attempts before account lockout.
  • Allow login via mobile app: Enable or disable mobile app access.

Email Settings

  • Email Footer: Default footer text appended to all outgoing emails.
  • Auto Email ID: System-generated email address for automated communications.

File and Attachment Settings

  • Max File Size: Maximum file size (in MB) allowed for uploads.
  • Allowed File Types: Specify which file extensions are permitted as attachments.

Backup Settings

  • Backup Frequency: How often automatic backups are taken.
  • Backup Limit: Maximum number of backups retained.
  • Download Backups: Allow or restrict users from downloading system backups.

Printing Settings

  • PDF Page Size: Set default page size for PDF output (A4 is standard for Saudi Arabia).
  • Print Style: Customize the appearance of printed documents.
  • Allow Print for Draft Documents: Enable or disable printing of draft documents.

Other Settings

  • Show Modules: Control which modules appear in the main navigation.
  • Default Letter Head: Pre-set letterhead for printed documents.
  • Default Terms and Conditions: Default T&C for new transactions.
