Project Template
A Project Template is a predefined project structure with tasks, milestones, and settings. Use templates to quickly create similar projects without starting from scratch.
Creating a Project Template
- Go to Projects > Project Template and click New.
- Enter the Project Template Name (e.g., "Website Development", "Client Onboarding").
- Add tasks to the template:
- Task Subject
- Assigned To (role or default assignee)
- Expected Time
- Dependencies between tasks
- Optionally set:
- Default Project Type
- Holiday List
- Default Tasks
- Click Save.
Using a Project Template
When creating a new project:
- Go to Projects > Project and click New.
- Select the Project Template.
- All tasks from the template are copied to the new project.
- Adjust dates, assignees, and details as needed.
- Submit.
